This past November, we did a 'Firefox Flicks 2013' session at MozCamp Asia, Singapore. MozCamps are intensive, multiple-day gatherings that occur in strategic locations around the world. More than 200 passionate Mozillians from all over Asia Pacific and the Middle East who are contributors to all areas of the Mozilla project took part in MozCamp Asia.

The 'Firefox Flicks 2013' session was hosted by Galaxy and Vineel(myself) on behalf of Tobias Leingruber, works on the Flicks project. We started the session with talking about the background of Firefox Flicks, highlights from Flicks 2012, the awesome Hollywood judges, the amazing community events across the world, screening of winning videos from 2006 and 2012, followed by brief update on Flicks 2013 - the objectives, timeline, how to get involved and gathering ideas.

Anurag Patel and me Are going to organize Summer Code party in Mysore at the last of season of summer code.

It will be at Ani Frames School of Animation Mysore.

In this event we will organize a hiphop of summer code with the Webmaker kit.

We will tell attendees about the Mozilla WebMaker and various webmaking tools along with these a detailed seminar about OpenWeb and Boot2gecko .

 and with Mobile Technology.

Most of the part of event will be Technical. we will start with the HTML5 and then discuss about Web making.

There will also some Professional  from  IT  industry on special invitation by us to guide attendees about

On Saturday, 23rd June 2012 we organized MozParty Pune at Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies & Research, as a kickoff event for Mozilla Summer Code Party. We had a good mix of college students and working professionals as attendees for the event. There were around 75-90 attendees in total for the event. We had talk sessions as well as hands-on sessions and workshops.

The day started with an Introduction to Mozilla Summer Code Party by me, where I talked about what exactly Mozilla's Summer Code Party is, and to how to spread awareness about the open web. The audience seemed quite interested in the idea, and looked quite excited to find out about the various ways by which they can do so.

The next session was conducted by Soumya Deb (better known as Debloper), on How Websites Work. For this session he showed the audience Google's Story of Send, and another video on How the DNS works. The animated videos were a great hit among the audience.

Next up, it was Ankit and Faisal who took the stage one after the other. Ankit had prepared a lovely presentation in Latex about the Mozilla Story where talked about how Mozilla became what it currently is, including the various technologies from Mozilla. Faisal talked about the various Add-ons, personas other cool stuff that users can use to brighten up their Firefox experience and also about the various security aspects of Firefox.

Hello all,I am AnanthulaSrikar,Student Rep from Hyderabad.Saikiran(Student Rep,Warangal),Namu Srikanth(REMO from Karimnagar) & Myself had put a stall at KITS Warangal in the Fest Sristi12.There are almost 700 students from various colleges who participated in the fest.We explained them regarding the firefox and mozilla community ,projects of mozilla etcWe had fantastic interation with the students,distributed lots of goodies for many students for answering qes regarding open source,andriod,mozilla firefox.It was very good tym we had with the students.These are some of the photos http://www.flickr.com/photos/ananthulasrikar/show/
